Mortal World series (1995–present)

Sorrow and happiness are both part of life just as all gatherings are destined for an inevitable end. Hence, I cherish and inscribe on my memory all romantic relationships and acts of kindness occurring in my life. On the other hand, I take negative experiences as inspiration for art. These include the vicious competition and foul play at workplaces, personal emotional struggles, and unfulfilled desires. Through this series, those experiences are reincarnated in various animal portraits, including foxes, horses, cats, and dogs. Each of the depictions represents a footnote and record of the most complicated and capricious pages of my life.
